See All This is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a festive issue about food: See All This #40, Cooking is Caring. An issue about how sharing a meal connects us across borders, cultures and cuisines. The guest curator is none other than the young Parisian Michelin-starred chef Mory Sacko. He invites us into his world where African flavours of his ancestors, French cuisine of his training, and Japanese sophistication marry on the plate.
